REFUND POLICY
Consumers are legally entitled to return goods with proof of purchase and to receive a refund, exchange or repair if the goods they bought:
• restocking or swapping of goods is only permitted within 7 days
of purchase;
• had a fault that the buyer could not have known about when purchased;
• were not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or
advertisement;
Consumers are not legally entitled to a refund if they:
• change their mind;
• realise they can’t afford the item;
• found the item cheaper somewhere else; or
• chose the wrong size, colour or type.
If customers ask for a refund, they should:
• provide details of the fault;
• provide proof of purchase;
• stop using the faulty goods until they can be returned; and
• look after the goods until they are returned.
